Architectural integrity
Traditional homes require a high level of architectural integrity, which when compromised, dilutes the beauty of your design... but your client wants low maintenance.  Now you can offer them the best of both worlds. Aeratis porch flooring has the traditional look and feel needed to enhance the beauty of the front porch, but is made from solid PVC (not foamed) so it will out-perform any other porch flooring product on the market.

PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
Not only is Aeratis superior in product performance, it is also the only porch flooring product on the market that carries a Class A fire rating (the highest in the industry).

Aeratis was engineered to resist decay. In ASTM test standard D1413 the product showed no signs

of decay at the conclusion of the testing period. Termites will not dampen your spirits or porch floor for that matter because on ASTM D3345 Aeratis passed the termite test with the highest rating possible (10). Don't just take our word for it that Aeratis will outperform the competition. Review a 3rd party testing report. (See Testing)

form vs. function
The Aeratis profile was designed and engineered to match the tongue-n-groove products use in porch building decades ago.  Now you don't have compromise your work by specifying concrete, or composite deck boards on the porch just to meet the low-maintenance requirements of today's homeowners.

PORCH design
Traditional porches previous to 1940 were large spaces typically used for entertaining and additional living space. For several years after the 1940 porches were built too small for social gathering. Today, with the New Urbanism movement becoming more and more popular , architects and developers are bringing back the large porches for gathering, relaxing and extended living space. Aeratis was designed and engineered to facilitate this porch movement without the maintenance of wood but with the performance of the mature timbers that were used over 100 years ago.
